New York Governor Finishes Run For Hope

The New York Road Runners event drew more than 3,000 participants. Paterson had finished the 1999 New York City Marathon in 6 hours, 6 minutes.The Governor ran, Sunday, with Achilles Board Chair Trisha Meili. She is the author of “I Am the Central Park Jogger: A Story of Hope and Possibility.” She was a 28-year-old investment banker when she was attacked while jogging in 1989.
